Amazing artist
What stunning portraits of both old and young!
Lovely work from Russel and Jenny. This one I couldn’t decipher the scribble signature
Colourful portraits by Belinda Eaton.

It really is a damn' nuisance that every time I see a photo-realistic painting these days, I automatically assume AI created it.  It's made us, and me especially, cynical and suspicious  - I'll have to go to the source and investigate this one,   because on the face of it, it's a touch too near perfection.  PS - Except I can't, because the site doesn't exist under that name, or seems not to.  PPS - Found it now; it's on Instagram.  I'm  none the wiser  - there are things we like, and things we don't, and I can't explain why I really don't like this at all; other than that I find it romanticized  and overly smooth.  I probably should keep that to myself, to be honest, but my dislike of it has grown consistently - and it's about time there was a note of discord!

I also dislike it… it displays everything about portrait paintings that I dislike, namely perfection to be honest… I could go into detail but I don’t need to justify myself. Could well be AI, but I’ve seen genuine paintings of this quality before… well we all have of course! Skills of unimaginable complexity on show, but does nothing for me!
I’ve always admired the work of Tim Benson AROI, he paints all his portraits from a life sitter, and it shows - he captures his sitter with very few bold brushstrokes… energy showing through in abundance.
Takes all sorts! If it is real it’s remarkable. I already suspected it to be AI, but, and I say but, if it’s not, again  it’s astonishing.  I gave it a chance anyway.
