He walked round the whole RA exhibition and thought that was the best thing there.

It's not my cup of tea Peter and actually looks like something one of my young grandchildren would paint for the Nativity and I really do mean that. At the same time, the critic obviously thinks it's the greatest since sliced bread. They are his thoughts and who are we to interfere with what an individual thinks. I believe most people have integrity and make their own minds up regardless of what they might read in the media.

I think with a lot of things in the arts people get so big they can't be criticised. This picture is typical Gardian fodder. Obviously one man's art etc etc, but let's be honest it's just not anything is it. I agree with Denise.

Sadly I went to an exhibition of hers some years back and saw the “bed” .  And other rubbish..    I am soooo not a fan.  The journo who praised  her really  wants his bumps felt.   My opinion of Damien Hirst is the same.

Sylvia, well said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have no problem with Jonathan Jones expressing his own opinion but he is arrogantly putting this in print as a fact. It isn't a fact, and it's incredibly disrespectful to all the other artists who had work in the RA exhibition. Mind you he says the face of the central figure reminds him of a shark so maybe he just needs to go to Specsavers.
