Anyone fancy a challenge? How about we each challenge someone to go out of their comfort zone BUT someone else has to decide on another person’s challenge? I’m up to go first…someone must challenge me to do something specific…..eek!

You asked for it! A picture of a steam train in the snow, using any medium you like. Would someone else like to set me one? This could become interesting. I presume the pictures will be posted here rather than in the gallery?
Aaaagh! Peter! Ok, you asked for it too! A Still Life that you set up yourself! Ps. I’m not going into the depths of Siberia so you’ll have to settle with one from a photo.

I’ve made a start in pastel Peter…
Looking good! I'll do mine on Monday, I'm out tomorrow.  Come on the rest of you, get involved!
I don't really have a comfort zone - show me a medium, and I'll  have a go at it.
Here’s a topic for you Robert - like Peter, a Still Life set up by you! I know you’ll relish the challenge! 😆(I’m killing myself laughing!) No excuses mind - you can set me one after I’ve done Peter’s steam train.
I'm similar to Robert. I don't have a comfort zone and will try any subject, any medium. I'm up for it.
A still  life - you know I hate still life; wicked woman, that Marjorie Firth...   I'll  give it thought - actually, I do have a drawing somewhere in my back-record, on the Gallery that is, which qualifies... when Tony Benn died, I drew a mug -  for his ever-present brew of tea - and a pipe: so I could cheat,  and  not do something new....
Never mind “ I’ll give it a thought” Robert, I want a full- blown Dutch masterpiece! Now….if no one comes up with your challenge Denise…here’s one - “ Inside an aircraft hangar”. But feel free to accept another challenge.
F--f--f-- full-blown Dutch masterpiece?   If that's what  you want, Madam, I'll send you my scale of charges for commissions  - I was thinking of something small; tasteful; and above all, easy ... I am, of course, a Nartist, with my head in the clouds; but my agent - who coincidentally happens to be myself - is very much down to earth,  aware of the price of fish, disinclined to embrace the spirt of Give, far more comfortable with the prospect of Take.   Now if you'll just put your name to this nice contract I've prepared for you, and forward your substantial deposit, I will deign to reach for the brushes.
That's sounds interesting Marjorie and I'll get to it after the bank holiday.
