Have you not already posted these?  The text isn't adding anything useful to the posts - I presume you intend it to be there since you've edited the post.  But these paintings should be on the Gallery - another part of this site - not on the Forum, unless you're wishing to show a work in progress or are asking for a critique.
I’ve already taken the same stance on his previous post, but I didn’t get a reply. In my opinion, if he can’t offer up legibly text, and this current text has been cut and pasted from his previous post, (so it’s clearly intentional) it should be removed! But I’m not in charge of that side! I’ve reported both his posts but to no avail...

The text is computer code.  It looks like HTML code but I’m no expert.  No idea what it does though!

Why is there no delete button

It's CSS, that's a tie-in language to HTML that does all the styling (text colour, etc.)
Thanks Simon.
Because I'm a moderator, I see only the moderators' screen - so I have various delete buttons, but can't remember what other users have available; but surely there IS a delete button, and there's certainly  a facility to edit your posts.   I've edited the original post to remove the code - which is what you get if you right click on an image and click Inspect: quite how it ended up in the post itself, I don't know.
