Sorry to start a new post but I couldn't find the old thread. Dawn, the messages link when you click on 'my account' is still not working. It says loading but never does. Are the computer whizzes working on it please?

Hi, it appears to be a browser issue and the technicians have been unable to replicate the problem but are looking into it further. Can you all tell me which browsers you use by email please.

I have the same problem on both iPhone and iPad using Safari browsers. Edit. Also on an old Mac using Safari

I use Google Chrome and haven't received notifications that someone has replied to my posts on the Gallery for some time now. I don't mind, because I go back and look, but mention it because this seems to be happening across several different browsers.
