That was my published letter Lesley. I was referring to Steve Strode’s 31day challenge which appeared in the February 2019 edition.
Yes you can get back copies, details are there somewhere on the website, or ring the distribution team (phone number is in magazine). Any problem contact Dawn on Tuesday.
