Agree wholeheartedly with Diana. Competitions can be something of a lottery, it depends on who the judges are, their artistic background and a host of other variables!
But don’t give up trying, I’ve had numerous rejections over the years but I still carried on - and enjoyed a reasonable amount of success eventually!
