Thank you very much Denise and Diane. I’m now resting up after visiting Patchings. The weather was good and there were some lovely pieces of art to see. I had a chat with Dawn and David Curtis, whose work is wonderful and many other contributors to the magazines. Despite wearing a POL sticker I still saw nobody from the site! Where are they all hiding?

Congrats both, you deserve it. I've heard nothing so assume nothing this year, onwards and upwards!Yeah, thought a denial might have been less painful. Then again, wouldn’t want to detract from the winners. With all the spam from dubious account wondered how the people vote would go? Heather Love and Martin Shaw, denied! As you say though ‘onwards and upwards.’

I heard the news of my entry from one of my customers who visited Patchings today, ‘sorry, no award this year’, she remarked, ‘but would have been a tad greedy after two previous ones!’ 😂😂 It’s a great day out and I’m looking forward to it, though I do spend too much money on brushes and hats!Congrats both, you deserve it.
