He certainly does get the light into his paintings , a very highly skilled artist. Denise beat me to it with my favourite, Zennor Fields so light and the colours are superb. Have to have another hunt through but that not at chore it will be quite pleasurable. 
Interesting to read of his various painting trips in addition to his work in Cornwall. These are a couple of his seascapes that I really like, mainly for the lovely blues.  
Yes Jenny, he has painted other areas and subjects.  I have seen some of his still life’s, but I can’t find them at the moment.  He did also a series of bridges.
Yes, I like his work very much. And you are right, the shimmering light is beautiful. I’m off to find his Still Life now , if I can. Google “Neil Pinkerton Still Life”. Some egs which I like. The first one reminds me of Morandi. The other two egs show that shimmering light again.

They look really good Marjorie he is such a all round artist. I did find some very nice boats and with his excellent light reflections as well. 
Great selection everyone. I’ve picked these out. He’s obviously a prolific artist and able to paint just about anything very well. I do like a good harbour!

I can’t believe that we are here at the end of another week , we have had some excellent painting to view again  this week . Thanks to You all for taking part . I will post a bonus artist later this  evening fir the weekend.
