Tessa, I have found the competition pop up extremely irritating today, especially on the phone as it obscures the whole page. What with that and the AI thing, I have almost thrown in the towel.

I'm trying to unsubscribe from the magazine - because it's just  too degraded to be bothered with it; and I can't do that either.  Warner seems to be making this site unnavigable -    it's so sad: they don't seem to understand the sacrifice of members that they're causing, but I just can't be doing with more of this incompetence.

I’ll speak with you privately later today Robert. Its all been a bit of a trying time and I’ve had the worst of it directed at myself, but I’ve spoken with Warners and moved on. It just goes to show the depth of feeling that we have for the website, we care about it… This latest pop up doesn’t help matters, I’m on an iPhone and it covers all the screen, but probably best that I don’t complain, I’ll leave that to another moderator. I don’t think you can unsubscribe from the magazine, I believe you have a digital version of it. You’ve probably paid up front and you need to remove the DD that was set up at your bank, and will automatically update and take another subscription when it becomes due.

I understand your frustration Robert. Recently, I decided I didn't want hard copies of the magazine anymore so I asked if I could swap to just the digital one. It seems that in order to do this, I have to unsubscribe from my existing subscription and start again with a new subscription.
