Paul, I don’t mind introducing railway posters, unless someone else was already expecting to do it.  I’ve got quite a few examples already, and others could add their suggestions to the thread as we go along.

Marvelous work, the subject matter won't be to adult taste, but we can still enjoy the skill.   We have had some illustrators, I'd be happy to see more.  That's a cracker of a book you've got there, Paul.  It seems crammed with wonderful work. I think it was Paul Smith who suggested railway posters, he had a great interest in them.  Sadly we lost him through some contretemps over digital art if memory serves.

Thanks Jenny I will,put your name on the Railway Poster week . Lew thanks for coming up with a name I do believe you are right , yes sad that he decided to leave I liked his train paintings, I did email and asked him to reconsider leaving but he felt that he needed to go sadly.

Illustrators are a class of artists I always admired. Children's books were a real treat growing up. I wasn't allowed to have comic books, so those illustrated books were very special. How times have changed.
