I’ve looked on line at her work and can’t find much at the moment that appeals to me , I do like the one Jenny posted .
I don’t think I have the eyes or head for abstract art unless it’s very simple patterns and I can see something in it , but that doesn’t mean I don’t respect the artist or there skills. Each to there own as they say maybe in just to old suddenly start liking something without understanding it.

I too struggle with abstract art. The kind that appeals to me most is 'geometric' abstract. I like those posted by Jenny. I did have a look at the video Martin posted in his intro. The thing that grabbed my attention in the videos was a series of sketches of nudes from life, they are very abstract...in my ignorance I'd imagined the artist wouldn't need to draw these from a live model as they are very much her own take on the subject. A daft notion on my part...of course she'd sketch from life. I found these drawings very interesting, but I've been unable to find any paintings resulting from them.
Below is a drawing entitled 'nude study from life' it's dated 1938.
Another I like is in the 'geometric' style. (if that's the right term for it).

Francis Hamel 1963- is a painter based in the UK and working between studios in Oxfordshire and Le Marche in Central Italy. He trained at the Ruskin School of Art and Magdalene College Oxford.
Francis is know fir his landscape paintings and portraiture , practice involves painting and drawing from observations.
During term time he teaches a weekly life drawing class at the Ruskin in Oxford.
Sorry for the short introduction I don’t know a great deal about the artist and stepped in at short notice .
Hope you enjoy my selection of his work.

So glad you introduced Francis Hamel , he was someone I was going to suggest myself, but I kept forgetting to do it. I stumbled across his book ‘The Gardens at Rousham’ when I visited another garden near Fishguard which had a well stocked library of art and garden books. Wonderful painter. Here’s another one you might like:
