Hello, it's great to join this forum! It looks a very lively one.
Just a bit of myself: I started my journey as a self-taught painter a few years ago. After struggling with the usual challenges (drawing, colour theory, medium nuances, brushwork, etc), and stocking up a growing pile of dissatisfying paintings, I realised that my main weakness is composition and this is where I'm focusing quite a lot right now, trying to learn from the great ones (classic and modern).
I hope I'll be able to share ideas with other fellow artists sailing on the same boat and, of course, learn from their experiences.
By the way, I'm based in Stirling, Scotland.
