Hi all, Thought I would come here to see if anyone might be able to help...! I'm looking for skilled artists (UK based) that might be able to help on a commission for a large brand project. We have a number of prints done in different styles (all created digitally by the brand) and we need artists that would be able to add real hand painted finish to the pieces for display. Any idea where I could go to find artists interested in this 'side hustle'...? Or somewhere online I can post the job? Many tanks!, Mandy

Big brand (as you put it) advertising is almost always commissioned through a design advertising agency, so I’m not sure how you’re involved - a design agency would have access to a whole in-house range of skills, marketing and of course point of sale design. However, that aside, I’m a skilled artist but I wouldn’t be interested in joining forces as a collaborative project with anything digital… the two don’t gel together in my experience. I can’t see anyone on here being remotely interested quite frankly, but wait and see, stranger things have happened! But, you’d need to give far more information as to what it is exactly that you want.

Totally agree, most large-scale campaigns are handled by agencies with all the right tools. I can see why teaming up might not appeal if you’re more into traditional art.

I agree with you Paul, undoubtedly this poster is a spammer. However, the short paragraph that is written, corroborated what I had previously said, and is accurate… As I rather suspected, no one on here is interested in taking on this commission, but there’s time yet I suppose!
