Hello my name is Joseph Broderick. I am an artist from West Yorkshire currently trying to find my style in water colour painting. I have been struggling a little bit with two very different approaches. One is to do full scale detailed pencil drawings and then go over these with water colour, the other is to not draw at all but just quickly paint. Both approaches have there rewards and failings.
