Sunday Drawing Class-2

Sunday Drawing Class-2

A free drawing lessons for the art lovers and begginers..

Today is Sunday, and I am back with the second day of my online drawing classes. Welcome friends. I hope you have tried the first lesson at least once or twice in the last week. Before beginning with today's tutorial, I need to thank for a comment which I got on the first lesson. " Woow! What a perfect line you create without using a ruler." Thanks for the comment. I don’t think it’s a big thing. A PERFECT straight line cannot be drawn without a ruler even by the greatest artists. There is no question of shame about “I could not draw a continuous straight line”. Please don't bother about the total perfection. Just practice .... let us practice more and more to make it as perfect as possible.....to the best of your judgement and satisfaction. What does that mean then? Is there no need to draw a continuous straight line? I tell you, there isn't. But if you can do it, you can get more applause from the viewers. Now what to do? Some rules must be followed. Draw a big line with a combination of One inch or one and half-inch small lines. Just leave a little gap between two lines. Don't start the next one, from the last point of the small lines. practice it ..... do it ! Now on to Today's lesson ! How to draw an almost perfect circle and curve lines It is bit tougher to draw a circle than a straight line. I am sure most of you agree with me. The first thing is to be able to recognize whether it is a Circle or not. 1. Draw a large circle, as large as you can draw. 2. Find out the approximate mid-point of that circle. 3. Take a measure from the middle point to any point of your circle through pencil. 4. Now hold that measure of pencil and put some dots around the circle. 5. Join them. Your 90% Perfect Circle is ready. **Take a look at the video to understand How to do it** To improve, curve lines practice this.[watch video : https://www.youtube.com/attribution_link…] Make a Circle with Compass or a bowl. Maintain gap and draw lines inside and out side that circle. As I already told you, don't force your fingers only to create curve lines. Similarly as Straight lines, you can use one or one and half inch small lines to draw this. One more thing, if you find out a mistake don’t erase it in a hurry. Do the correction first and then erase. That mistake will help you to do correction and enable you to understand the difference. If you try to remove the fault first, there is a very high probability that you will repeat the same mistake again. I'll be back on the next Sunday, with some more simple shapes using curve and straight lines I already taught you.
