Reports of Death defying moments & near-misses awaited...Bougainvillea? nasty brute with spines on the underside of it's stems I recall [an encounter when carrying too little blood in my ouzo stream]...Meltemi...ouzo is gripe-water for alcoholics. The Memsahib...it's alcoholic gripe-water...

Hope you get on ok with the scooter, Betty has one & i tell her "KEEP DEATH OF THE ROAD" I'm only joking & she knows it. Our snowdrops have their leaves showing already but as yet no flowers, will let you know when they come through, here in the west country they always bloom earlier than the rest of england. Have a nice day shopping.

Hi Patsy, just to say I have some snowdrops bravely budding in a pot. Hope you enjoy your day out.

Hello Pats hope the pills are working... backs is orrible things if they go wrong. I am happy to send you that pic.. but where is your e mail address. Soon as i have it will download them to you. I think I have finished the canvas I have been working on , like you I never know when to stop, havent looked at it yet on the P C if its reasonable I will post it onto my gallery. If you want to send me an e mail look at the forum, the name I use is Blue and I have written stuff on the watercolour stretching paper thread, if that makes sense.

Hi Patsy, I only paint on Sundays so no movement yet. Got your advice on brushes thanks. Your bird isn't far off. You can see the potential is there - just practice needed. The chinese make it look so simple don't they! Mobility scooters are the bane of my life in Bridlington. It is a retirement town so the place is chocablock with them. They are always ridden by crabby old ladies with horned helmets and facial tattoos and piercings. If you complain when they run over your foot or reverse into you they shout "I'M OLD!!!!" as if that's an excuse for everything. Gawd I 'ate 'em! ...still that's off my chest, back to work, it's not home time yet (3.20 as I type ...3.21 now).

You wild girl Patsy, hope that you will find art book or paint in the bargain area....
