I have been painting and drawing since i was 9 . winning competitions spurred me on to do portraits for people at an early age . Having 5 children i missed a few years and then got back into it. I have also done a few murals. I am up for suggestions on projects and will consider most. I have just moved from Bath and am settling in a new town. once i find my feet i shall get back on track. I have dabbled in some web designs. I have also written a book' rippled emotions' as i am a keen poet and continue to write daily, working on a few more books to include art words and poetry all by myself. some of my paintings can be found on the following websites : WWW.SWINDONARTSFORUM.BLOGSPOT.COM www.mandythomas.com www.mandythomas.blogspot.com www.myspace.com/millymog www.artistsites.org/GOLDSTAR/ www.artbreak.com/goldylonglocks when you can bring tears to the eyes of a person that you have painted for, you know you are doing the right thing. I paint for recognition, satisfaction, fulfillment and a desire to give something back to this world for being alive. MY WORLD REVOLVES AROUND ART....I DREAM ART....I SEE ART...I AM ART Do drop into our gallery in the Swindon Brunel Shopping Centre we are on the 2nd floor. We welcome all budding artists and lovers of art .We are a friendly group of local artists and our talents are diverse in style and size, so there's something for everyone.
