You may remember that some days ago I posted a work in progress; I've put two of the later stages on my blog at www.wightpaint.blogspot.co.uk, if it's of any interest (what am I saying??? Of course it is!). I won't put them on here I think, because it all takes up space, but will post the finished painting, when I'm as happy as I ever am that it's fit to see the light of day. I've made mistakes in the course of painting it, which might be instructive - unless you're better painting-planners than I am, in which case, of course, you wouldn't have made them....
