Before we had our evening presentation which was for an hour after dinner, we were settling in to our accommodation at Willy lots house. We sat in the shade of the front garden to meet and greet new arrivals, enjoying the tea and coffee, scones, cream and jam laid on for us by FM, it was so lovely and warm, and everyone was very exited to be there, and to meet learners from other classes for the first time, it was an extremely jolly occasion, and I could kick myself for not having my camera on me at the time! Before dinner we went for a row up the beautiful stour river in the glorious sunshine, we had 2 boats between us, and it became quite clear who was the most accomplished group, as our boat had an interesting zig zag style which we found quite exfoliating rowing through the overhanging willows!
