Autocomplete did the title here... I was looking for a book for my sister - she loved "a trip to lazibonia" when she was a kid. Written by some german and been out of print for years... if you've got a copy of this hippy masterpiece let me know... Anyway I've been painting again.... this time I've done some buildings.... which I'm never comfortable with... but i figure people (esp tourists) are more likely to buy landscapes with buildings in them - eg whitby abbey, york minster etc... so I need to damn well practice... (I live in East Yorks - near York) so it probably pays to appeal to tourist money. Anyway don't think I've done a terrible job here.. wanted to keep the colours in your face too... and I've pushed the contrast as always to make it more dramatic. I just don't like painting stuff with straight lines in it.
