What a beautiful view you have there and it is beautifully painted as well. When the tearoom is open I hope to be able to come and have some tea there!

Part of the view from our new home just outside St Andrews. Hoping to convert part of the house to a gallery and tearoom but it will take a lot of work and time. Painting is ~13x11 inches on Bockingford NOT using mainly W&N artists tubes
