I recognized her immediately from the thumbnail, so you have the basic drawing right; I think the features need more modelling, however; the nose gets a bit lost in the flat colour of the face, for example. Of course, you're drawing from a photograph - so have to depend totally on the quality of the image; it's a hard task to set yourself.

Dear Robert, Thank you for your comments. It is always difficult working from a photograph and I am aware I need to gain a lot more experience and to do a lot more reading up etc. I am hoping that if people can recognise any glaring faults that I have and let me know that will also help.
