First of the Season

I'm still waiting for Summer, but do like the immediacy of this - no getting round the fact that one of the great advantages of plein air painting is that one's much less inclined to over-work it: especially when there's a gale blowing up your trousers.....

I like this - I bet you had great fun doing it.

Thank you, definitely rather a windy one - but lovely to be out and about again after a very long winter being studio based. I'm glad you like the sky Jane - I'm trying to concentrate on light for my next body of work so I'll be posting more big skies - that's if they're not full of heavy grey cloud!
