Mixed media on Canson Moulin du Roy 300gsm (140lb) not 100% rag content watercolour paper. The emphasis is on expression, 'letting go' and going with the flow. An instinctive response to the landscape rather than a course hell bent on creting every stick and blad of grass.Not for me. i have a camera for that. This is how you 'feel', what's inside, how you express in colour, technique and layering what you walk on, what you experience, what is is like actually being there. First hand experiences are essential - an engagement with the landscape. This is one of those great outdoor experiences right there on that paper.
