Hi Mia, I like this a lot, love the long stem of the rose and the the Lilies are a nice touch - very Gothic!

Lovely painting Mia, so well painted

Superb, as usual, Mia! I really like the balance between the relatively simple design of the rose and the very detailed vegetation below. It's very elegant and beautiful.

What a beautiful, intricate drawing Mia.

Thank you very much, Debs, Petra, Seok, Louise and Kirstie for your lovely comments. I feel very honoured, receiving comments from such talented artists.

Superb work, so detailed and yet so pure. Great siting of the flower to the left of the page - I don't know why but this always increases the impact more than having the image in a central position.

This is my favourite of all your drawings Mia, I am in love.......... I like the overall composition too.

Beautiful delicate work Mia.

One of your best drawings, I think. It's hard to find an ink that does everything - ie, that's watersoluble, lightfast, runs smoothly on the paper... FW Inks are good, and I look forward to trying Chromacolour's inks - just haven't had the time or the finances to investigate them yet. The answer has to lie out there somewhere!

Thank you Thea, Carole, Denise and Robert for taking the time to post such lovely comments. I must admit that this is also one of my favourites. The ink being not waterproof is very pleasant to wash even when it is completely dry. and it gives a very nice wash too, but...

This is a monochrome pen and wash. I used a Rotring Artpen with watersoluble but not light fast ink. So I can exhibit it but it is not ok for selling.Size: +/-30x40cm
