It's a lovely composition Mia, good drawing and good coffee colour :)

Well thank you Louise. I had the same problem: to post or not to post!!! LOL

It's very effective Mia. I like it a lot!

It's very unusual , with the coffee . The pen drawing is very well composed Mia.

This is fab Mia....love it!

Wonderful drawing Mia with many beautiful details. South of France?

Thanks very much, Avril, Marjorie, Sylvia and Satu for your positive comments. Don't remember where it is, Satu. It was a village where one of the cycling tours I love to watch on the telly passsed by. I made it from memory. Probably somewhere in France.

Really like it Mia it's very well executed

Thank you very much, Dermot. I appreciate.

Certainly looks good. Not so sure about the lightfastness of Nescafe :-)

Thank you Pat for your positive comment. I know that the Nescafé AND the watersoluble marker are not lightfast but it was meant as a quick sketch. Not made for framing and display.

Lovely sketch Mia, I like the addition of the coffee colour. I wonder what nescafe would say LOL

Thank you very, very much, Val, Gudrun and Margaret. I do appreciate your lovely comments :)

It's not Rocamador is it? I did one en-plein air a few weeks ago. Quick sketches are not easy, particularly because people want to interrupt you. Well done Mia. Your picture is just fine.

Thank you Linda. No, I don't think it is Rocamador. I saw the picture in a holiday advert but can't remember the place. I forgot to make a note of it!.

Immediately in watersoluble ink, I gave it a wash with clear water, then added some 'colour' with a wash of instant Nescafe. It took me about 30 min. Size: A4. All comments are very, very welcome.
