Like it's twin painting, this was commissioned by a worker on this boat for a friend, whom I think also works with him. These two paintings (see Coxwain's Dawn I) took absolutely ages as you can imagine. But I am happy with the final result. Love Liverpool, it's just up the road from me, so was a pleasure to paint her skyline from the perspective of The Mersey.
