Szarbo was a great watercolourist but this looks good too.

Wonderful wet in wet effects in the sky, background trees and foreground grasses which enhance that lovely tree so well.

Often when I'm struggling for inspiration i look at the work of other artists. In this case I came across the original and tried to do my own version. It's not a patch on the original but I'm reasonably pleased with the result.
