This is gorgeous, Stevan. A lovely richness in the sky, and you've definately achieved the diminishing cloud effect that you wanted. You have a talent in achieving a clean depth to your watercolours, never muddy. The sky and foreground stones and grasses in the lowlight twilight are superb.

It's a lovely painting Stevan :)

A really smashing work Stevan, the tones receding through to the buildings, then the cloud works just right.

Keep doing what you're doing Steven, because it's wonderful!

Most attractive image, particularly enjoy your palette in this one and those cold stones against the warm background,

Great piece of work, smashing colours, really like the foreground gatepost and wall with surrounding foliage. Even given the darkness you were achieving you have still retained that luminosity of the watercolour, really well done.

A watercolor attempt to depict the fabulous atmosphere of evenings in south west Cornwall. The low levels of light are always a challenge as is trying to get clouds that taper in to the distanc.
