It's a lovely watercolour Barry, the wet in wet trees certainly give the idea of a damp day, it has a misty atmosphere.

Painted plein air on a damp day, has a little extra texture in the sky where I was to slow to cover up when the drizzle started. There were many more boats but I felt the scene was too cluttered and therefore left them out. Used a fair bit of wet in wet but feel I could have linked areas even more when areas were wet. Easy to be wise after the event!
