I am so so sorry about your loss Ann. What a beautiful painting, the sky drew my attention immediately.

A great tribute to your husband Ann and so sorry for your loss. I hope your art will bring you comfort in the future. Your painting emanates a sense of tranquility and beauty.

What a lovely peaceful painting Ann.

So sorry to hear of your loss Ann. I hope you will find strength and peace in art, along with fond and loving memories of your dear husband. A restful and reflective scene.

I’m so sorry to hear that Ann and what a lovely tribute painting , my best wishes go out to you from across the sea

Thank you so much for your kind wishes and encouragement, Nancy, Carole, Janet, Fiona, and Dermot. It has been a traumatic time, and painting is a blessing and a comfort right now...……..although I'm finding it difficult to actually create a picture. But, just splashing colours about is enough for now. Thank you again for your lovely words.

Thank you for your kind comment on my latest Ann

Wow.. Ann, what a sky ! Just beautiful and those reflections are top drawer !

I have changed the title of this previously submitted painting, to represent the fact that my dear husband has now lost his cancer battle, and has passed away. I used to play with my paints as a quiet occupation while he was sleeping, and as well as taking a pause from being his full time nurse and carer. This little simple watercolour has become representative of something special, and knowing that he is at peace now.
