I should show my Not Harrison Ford. There is a distinct likeness in the larger one, so all is not lost. I tend to give up on portraits so well done for perseverance.

I think that whilst not a 100% likeness the drawing and double portrait effect works very well. That nose is spot on but possibly the lips aren't, if that helps at all?

Yes Heather The mouth certainly has me beat and it's so critical to his charisma.

Thanks for the encouragement Andrew. I think I'll try practising likenesses as a holiday season project.

The nose and eyebrows are very good. To kill a Mocking Bird, my favourite book and film. I get a reasonable likeness now when I do a portrait but it's all down to practice. So, keep practising. Merry Christmas.

Ahh- portraiture! Accuracy is everything, but you like artistic expressionism. Hopefully you will find a resolution between the two. I certainly haven’t, but still try!
