The leaves are about gone here now Rachel, especially after yesterdays high winds! I’m waiting for the Beech hedge on the lane to get rid of a few more leaves, the gnarled and twisted trunks and branches are just perfect to draw/paint. Your gorgeous trees remind me of the hedge, with its shimmering copper, canopy of leaves. Lovely palette.
