Brighton Pavilion - one-liner

This is super Christine. All that detail, lovely shapes and patterns, minimum fuss.

This is a superb subject for a one-liner and not for the faint-hearted either as it is so intricate and detailed. You've made an amazing job of this one, Christine, and the pale gold wash makes the building positively glow. Do you feel your painter's block has now unblocked??!

Crickey you're just showing off now !!! lol

Fab!!!!! What a talent Christine! Painter's block gone!

Very good! Don't know how you managed all those lines without looking !

Thank you so much Louise, Thea, Debs, Satu, Carole and Avril. Yes I can safely say I'm unblocked so many thanks to you Thea for setting the challenge. Avril, I was more focused on drawing in a continous line so I did look down periodically. I like the way this method produces a looser drawing as I would normally be worrying about straight lines and perspective. I much prefer this higgledy piggledy Brighton Pavillion!

I've got dozens of photo's of Brighton Pavillion taken over the years I've lived down here with the intention of one day doing a painting of it. This continuous line technique gave me the confidence to give it a go. I cropped my photo to a more managable size.
