An absolute cracker, Christine! Such wonderful use of positive and negative shapes, and a gorgeous palette. Stunning!

Yes assured beauty Christine

Christine you have a designers eye yet again beautiful would make a great card!!

Simple but very stylish!

Love Nasturtiums, and these are so pretty!

A really pleasing painting with (to my mind at least) just a touch of whimsical which I find so appealing - ie the way the nasturtium leaf of the baby jar is patting it's mummies bottom - sorry Christine in all seriousness it's a super painting.

Thank you Seok, Gudrun, Linda, Marjorie, Debs and Michael for your comments. Michael, have you been at the booze again? I do see what you mean though!

I can't think of a better way to recycle Christine! No ladybird though, or is he hiding somewhere and I haven't spotted him yet?

That's no ladybird - that's Cedric and he's sleeping behind the jar - Christine, I'm trying out a new red and it's rather nice - and another thing, unlike mugs of coffee I never seem to wash my brush in wine glasses - another good reason to have another!

Thank you Fiona, Michael's right Cedric is there but underneath the fallen petal not behind the vase, he's wary of that glass of red having almost drowned in one once!

Glad you posted it Christine - it does look good!

Recycling works beautifully Christine! Lovely still life. I like the idea of Cedric sleeping under the petal! Sounds really silly but I miss him. Michael, hint hint!!

So pretty Christine.
