Well, for a complete beginner you have really done a grand job - the water splashing on the rocks is really well done. Just a little more transparent green/blue in the sea other wise well done.

Extremely well done for a beginner. As Jeannette said the water splashing on the rocks is really good as are the rocks. The only thing that disturbs me is the upper water on the right hand side. It's higher than your horizon line on the sea. I'd suggest painting that out altogether and turning it into cliffs. Nice effect of distance in the pale hills in the background.

A lovely seascape, are you sure you are only a beginner? !! I agree with Jeannette and Diana's comments but apart from from those two points very well done.

That really is a very good effort for a beginner of 4 months. I also love to paint seascapes and my only offer of a critique is maybe next time, make the rocks a little smaller and flatter on top, otherwise well done.

Great effort, Many of us would be proud to have produced this after some years let alone months. Agree with most of the above I would also add to try using more bluey/grey tones in the foam and leave the white only to accent the drama of the spray.

A superb effort for a beginner. The tips that you have been given, are all valid points, whilst you will be wise to heed them, it is only by experimenting with the colours that you will eventually develop your own unique style. I wish you many hours of happy painting. Good luck. Regards, Bill.
