My concept of two characters from Jane Austen's novel Persuasion, Frederick Wentworth and Anne Elliot. I've tried to express mood, he angry that she broke off their engagement at the bidding of a well-meaning friend, she sorrowful it happened. Their story begins eight years later, but you can read that for yourselves. Charcoal pencil sketch.
