As a child, my grannie always had The Home service on. So I was probably the only 4 year old who listened to The Critics. This s just how I imagined them, especially as the Radio Times was in black and white. Very evocative.

My wife dug out one of my paintings and asked me to frame it (high honour indeed(-: ) This brush sketch, I dubbed "The Art Critics" was on the back of it, (economy painting) and I much prefer it to her choice. I might even have chose this to enter a competition if I did such a thing, but the R.A. might not see it that way..(-:
