That's strange Jim. My wife was clearing out some cupboards yesterday and came across a wooden and plaster crucifix . Needed a bit renovation which I did. It has been in the family about 70 years.

Love certain hymns Fred. "Old Rugged Cross" is a favourite together with Abide with me, "Adeste Fidelis" and the New Orleons (Mugsy Spanier) version of "Just a closer walk with the". "Old Rugged Cross" inspired the painting because it was in my head..
