I really like the energy in the brush strokes in this Jim, it makes it so you can really feel that withering wind you get across the tops of the moors, great pallet and I like the few scrapings in the foreground, nice one.

Thank you Malcolm for the kind words. I lived in that area for a couple of years, and visited Haworth village quite a few times in both summer and winter. Wild and rugged but very beautiful country and the Brontes are always an attraction.

You can definitely feel the weather!

Those trees tell a story of turbulence and wildness Jim. The sky also fits the atmosphere of the moors.
