I don't know the Bronte books very well, but know you love them, and she's dressed of the period. So I'm going with Linda.

Yes, Jane Eyre it is, though not too hard to guess knowing my loved of the period. I've been round Howarth and the Parsonage quite a few times, even living not too far away at one time, yet the Brontes take second place to Jane Austen as my favourite author.
