Thanks Michael and Bri. It was an interesting experiment , but the correction pen for white is a useful tool. I smeared it in places to get a shadow effect.

An experimental illustration of a T.V series of almost thirty years ago from an Elspeth Huxley book of the same title. I did this on black paper with a correction fluid pen from Rymans stationers. 12 x 8. I saw a picture of a flame tree and it reminded me of the series. Just a bit of fun really.
