The sound of Josef Locke on scratchy 78 records was the music we grew up with as kids. My dad's total musical hero and later, ours too. A charcoal pencil aand wash sketch portrait 12 x 8. Moonbeam words from "Galway Bay" which raise a smile just saying them.
