..a photograph I saw took me back almost 70 years. We had just arrived at Ballyhaunis in Ireland to visit relations in Knock, and almost the first thing I saw was an old Gypsy fella riding down the street on a donkey and playing a fiddle. I never forgot the memory so I did this as my version of that time. Line and wash sketch on A4.
