I know the place well having spent many lovely holidays there. Lovely palette which reflects the tones of Scotland. Great watercolour painting, great misty mountains and dramatic foreground.

This is part of a little experiment using different colour palettes. Mark 1 is basically 6 representative colours from my normal palette. I hope to do another two versions using 3 and 6 colour palettes recommended on the W&N website. The study is a view from the Isle of Skye over the Sound of Sleat back to the Scottish mainland.
