I like the perspective in this. Lovely colours Walter.

I like everything about this, the one feature that really makes my mouth water is the sharp-edged wash in the mid left foreground; it really helps the composition, and it's somehow absolutely watercolour.

A lovley fresh watercolour! I could walk into this scene!!

Hi Carole, Helen and Robert - many thanks for your kind comments - Robert - all I did was to "draw" a line with a fine brush loaded with a dark shade and then, while the line was still wet, ran a bigger brush with a fair amount of clean water in it down one side of the original line and "feathered" it away from the line with more clean water.
