Hi Jennifer No, it's water colour but I used a watery Permanent white gouache overglaze to try to get the effect of mist - didn't work as well as I had hoped but it has some of the feel of a winter morning. Thanks for your kind comment.

Hello Walter, I think you have done very well with this one - especially putting the glaze of gouache over. It does create atmosphere. Lovely.
