My family and I went to see the Vermeer exhibition in Amsterdam which was fantastic. I was inspired to copy a Vermeer or two for my own satisfaction and decided I could practise drawing hair at the same time! Completed entirely in coloured pencils. And it's been accepted as part of the Patchings exhibition.
