When I enlarged this and took a step back from the screen, I had some idea of how it must look in the flesh: very warm, colourful painting, and I can't wait for the season it so well represents.

I am such a fan of your work. You get such lightness and colour into your paintings and then there is also that wonderful 'chalky' feel to some of your lightest shades. I love it.

William, it's interesting you have noted my style, strangely enough I'm not concerning with it really, but apparently it comes naturally as your handwriting does. Thea, you are right, there is kind of "chalkiness" in almost all my painting and I'm not big fan of it ...lol... :-) I know there is still a lot to learn.
